We are hosting a morning of Yoga Nidra followed by a Sound Bath in The Retreat at Sculpture by the Lakes. This will include a guilded Yoga Nidra Meditation, followed by a sound Bath, incorprating different sound instruments including Himalayan Bowls, Wind Gongs, Crystal Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Shamanic Drums, which have a unique ability to relax and calm the nervous system. This will bring your mind into the Alpha and Theta pattern, which is the restful and creative state.
